Personally, I think that if DAdmin are going to play this bull about tracing being okay if there are minor alterations/fanart/stuck in the scraps bin, citing the source of the work which you traced should be mandatory...

Personally I think that if the DAdmin are going to pull this bull about tracing being alright as long as its slightly altered/'fanart'/in the scraps bin, citing the source should be mandatory. Of course, with a majority of art thieves on this site, a rule like that would never be enforced. Too much effort, right? Gofigure.

Yes! I've dealt with people who got caught tracing and had a shitfit when all they had to do is cite their sources. One even got banned from another art cite because she refused to (and threatened to sue because she got banned XD).
